NDG was founded by Nicolas Noth. He is the owner and CEO of the company and has been active in the digital market in Switzerland and Europe for over 20 years. He is CMO at the Swiss start-up autoSense Ltd. (a company of Swisscom, AMAG Group and Zurich Insurance), and was until 2023 member of the Board of Directors of BlueGlass Interactive Ltd. and member of the jury for the Digital Economy Awards.

Nicolas Noth has many years of experience in digital marketing, strategy development and transformation. He holds a Master of Science degree in economics and additional degrees in business data engineering and media management. He has served in various other executive roles for agencies, consultancies, start-ups and publishers before founding NDG.

He was Head of Blick Online at Ringier AG and has significantly developed the platform, was responsible for the WPP Digital Marketing Agency Planetactive / Neo@Ogilvy in Switzerland and Austria, successfully established the distribution and sales of the social TV joiz and developed the innovative communication and media Agency PHD Switzerland as part  of the international Omnicom Group network and established it as a relevant and successful market partner in Switzerland.

Nicolas Noth has a strong international network, with consulting partners throughout Europe and has already implemented projects for clients in 10 countries.
